Adding weight to bench press?
I've set the app on my phone to 1kg but at my gym the lowest plates are 1.25kg. The last time (and first) I added weight I went from 20kg (just the bar) to 22.5kg. Each time I go on the elliptical and the stationary cycle at the gym I get a tingling in the balls of my feet and toes after about 5 mins. Only netting 950 today, what else to eat?
