I'm booked to have one on the 25th May, am a bit worried about it. Has anyone else had one?
I'm getting a strange combination of hyper and hypo symptoms at the moment as my meds are starting to take effect and am worried about having to stay still for long enough :ohwell:

I think its pretty common for thyroid patients to have periodic scans. Ive had one, I have growths that are being watched, but so far the doctor has seemed at all worried about any of it. Scans are generally just precautionary.0
