  • Hi Samhradh Thanks for the links I will try them. I have read some articles about a study done using Tonalin CLA to help people who are finding it difficult to loose weight due to underactive thyroid and it suggests 3,400mg a day proved to be beneficial Have started taking it so here's hoping.
