Im currently doing the 100 squats for 100 days challenge Day #4 is tomorrow & i see a little difference already 65 days until new years I'll post my results then Good luck ladies!

Well I work out 4-5 days a week & used a sweat band on my stomach While using albolene, I went to a zumba class last Friday and used Albolene on the part of your arm between your actual arm & chest (i hope i said that right lol) And its the fat is almost gone...can u have water weight there?

Ive been working out 4-5 times a week, doing cardio and lifting. And some basic machines . Learning how to properly do reps and sets etc...hopefully thats enough Currently losing inches but not pounds
