Has anybody ever used albolene for weight loss?
Ive used it once & loved the results.
The product is originally make up removed, but i
Heard its great to workout with.

    Short version - smear it on before you workout to make you sweat more and lose water weight. Just another 'lose weight fast' con-job.

    Well, I don't like excess water weight either:)
    If you don't mind that process (sounds messy) go for it!
    Just know that you are losing water weight as opposed to improving your body comp of fat-to-muscle.
    What appeals to you about doing this?:)

    Well I work out 4-5 days a week & used a sweat band on my stomach
    While using albolene, I went to a zumba class last Friday and used
    Albolene on the part of your arm between your actual arm & chest (i hope i said that right lol)
    And its the fat is almost gone...can u have water weight there?

    You're wasting your money, I'm afraid. At best you're just slightly dehydrating yourself. The cream you're using has zero effect on your body fat.

    ummm i only bought one jar so i didn't Waste much, ill be using it until its gone
