Hey turbo jammers, I am fairly new to mfp, but not to turbo jam. I love the workouts but haven't done them consistently enough to see any results. I was just wondering how do you log the excercise, I completed the turbo scult this morning, but am not sure how to enter the workout? Any suggestions.

Okay, I totally feel the same, for instance, I just entered my food for the day and had three glasses of wine as I am visiting with my sister whom I have not seen in years and I still have 250 cals. I ate pretty well all day. And this is what I have been doing for approx two months with no weight loss????? Very frustrating

Okay, I am getting started today, trying to lose some weight, as I just can't seem to do it by myself. I started working out about a month and a half ago, running and doing aerobics 5x a week, did not change how I ate and lost absolutely nothing... very frustrating.
