That losing weight was as simple as riding a bike.

You need to add some lean chicken and or fish to your diet. Just 1 strip of lean chicken or fish is around 100 cal and 22 g of protein. Possibly look into Protein Shakes. I went to the local health store by my house and bought a really good one. It is only 153 calories 2 carbs 1 g of fat and 34 g of protein.

"Why did you let us build bunk beds? That was the worst idea EVER!"

I get this from time to time but it's more like 5 seconds than 15. It also seems to originate from the left side of my brain. I stand up and for about 5 seconds things start to black out and I feel like I'm gonna fall and then soon after that things are back to normal. I've been doing a better job of staying hydrated with…

If you have any by you I find Burlington Coat factory pretty cheap.

Perhaps you shouldn't go 30 minutes straight without stopping. Maybe do some Circuit Training where you take 15-30 second breathers between sets. Sounds like your either pushing yourself too hard or that there is something wrong with you and you should see a doctor and get a doctors opinion on how much exercise to do. I…

Ride a bike. Very easy on the joints and you burn a ton of calories. As you ride more and more your legs will build up strength, in turn you'll pedal faster and expel more and more calories.

It didn't bother me until someone said - "You look good and don't need to lose anymore." When and what weight I want to stop at is my business. I also thinks it makes one look jealous with a comment like that.

Amazing transformation. Great job!

I had the same wake-up call for the very same reasons. I got short of breath and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I've since lost around 155 lbs. It started out as a diet and ended up being a lifestyle change. Best decision I ever made. Good luck to you during this process.

With a 2000+ calorie goal for me, it's sugar and it's not even close.

Look how much happier you look. Keep it up!!!

Before my diet which turned into a lifestyle change. I was addicted to Dr. Pepper and Root Beer. I gave up all sodas last February and have not gone back since. Soda is one of the worst drinks you could possibly consume. I no longer have the temptation to drink one. I do however drink Monster Absolutely Zero it contains 0…

Unacceptable. You can take criticism from the outside but when it comes from your family it hurts even more. I hope he apologizes.

800 Calories. Oh my. There are some days I almost get that amount by Lunchtime. Don't suffer at least have over 1,200.
-
At least they're keeping a Journal. How about your actual friends/family who don't seem to care enough about themselves to use MyFitnessPal or exercise. That's what bugs me.
-
Sounds like you have the determination, which imo is all you need! Times may get rough but when they do, don't give up. Good Luck!
-
Yeah the body always wins. The least amount of calories I would ever have an any given day is 1,200. If you consume under 1,000 even if it is mostly Protein your metabolism will come to a crawl. You don't want this.

As a person who was in the 300's for the better part of 2 decades and even over 400 for a while I say don't give up! Goals can be attained. It takes hard work, some planning and dedication like no other. I wish you the best of luck.

Some people hate to see others succeed because it reminds them of their own failures. Keep on doing what you're doing and don't look back! I lossed over 100 myself. While I didn't receive nearly as bad a looks or remarks, I did get the occasional "You look good, you don't need to lose any more weight!" I felt like saying…

"Hey Slim!" "Wait a minute, that's not funny anymore."

Congrats. Must have taken dedication like no other. I'm @ 233 down from 415 myself.

375 before MyFitnessPal. 335 when I started MyFitnessPal. Now currently at 232.

Try a resistance band, if you haven't already. I've had it a week and it seems to have helped a lot. I've dropped nearly 4 pounds.

Daily teaspoon of Cinnamon. It boosts the metabolism 20 fold.
