I was wondering if anyone who has lost a significant amount of weight and has had it off for a while if you get use to the cold. Buying Something You Hope To Fit Into
Has many out there bought something a size or to smaller with hopes that you'll eventually fit into it? I have done this a couple of times. I do it for motivation and to hold myself accountable. It works really well.

Anybody Recognize How Unhealthy You Family Eats?
I didn't realize how unhealthy my family eats until joining MFP. I'm appalled by it. I don't want to get into specific details but it's a lot of processed foods and fried foods.

Sugar Allotment
I'm not for sure what the average daily total is for sugar allotment. MyFitnessPal had mine at 35, which I matched during breakfast with 12 Ounces of Milk and a Banana. Why is this so low?
