Went to google on suggestion of a poster...I was surprised and removed my pic.

I have that problem with shorts too but Target has work out shorts that come down slightly below your knee and the fabric they are made off they don't ride up or down on you!

I have to agree with the first poster because from what I have read when you spread your calories throughout the day it's not leaving huge gaps where your not eating anything. When you spread them out your body is less likely to store everything as fat because it knows there is more food coming. And if I am not mistaken…

Ok I'm still new at this myself but here is what I can see. Are you drinking water? On a few of the logs I looked at there is no water marked down at all. Another thing I noticed on your profile is that sometimes you go days without logging in. Not sure if it's because of computer access or not, if you can try to log in…
