I am also sort of stuck at around 15 lbs. of weight lost. I was as low as 19 lbs. lost. Nevertheless, I'm glad that for this whole year, I have managed to KEEP THAT 15 LBS. off! I would say "yes". Someone told me in my college days that if I got used to it that way, I would always drink it black. I was 22 then. I'm 65 now. My wife and I basically just walk, but at a quick pace, mostly 3.5 sometime 4.0 mph. The only other exercises I record are yard work, mowing, and light dumbell workouts. So it is basicallyy "just walking fast" for usually around 50 minutes, almost every day. I have lost 20 lbs since joining in March of this year.

I have to work at drinking 7 0r 8 glasses per day. I'm never really THAT thirsty. The site helps me to remember to drink more!:drinker: (Water, that is.)
