Really hot outside today. Gonna have to walk indoors. Happy long weekend to those who have one. I know the US and here in Canada we have one. Not sure about elsewhere in the world. :)

So here we go, the end of week 1. Goal was 7 miles, I walked 8.3 Went from 209 lbs to 204.5 lbs Goal for week 2 will be 10 miles.

Ok, so I didn't walk much today. Only .8 of a mile. But that puts my total to 8.3 which is 1.3 over my goal. Will weigh in tomorrow.

Didn't post yesterday. I did 1.5 miles yesterday, so I'm at 7.5 out of 7. Woohoo! One more day. Will post again later. Excited to weigh in tomorrow morning. Have a great day everyone!
