  • Jenny, you are doing fantastic. Keep it up!
  • I'm still hanging around, forgot to update the spreadsheet this past week, on my way now.
  • I love Leslie Sansone. She is my favorite to work out with. I do her walking ones and her Pilates.
  • Just updated for the week, total down is only 3.5 lbs. Not going to make the 20 as that would mean 16.5 more in the next 5 weeks. Not realistic, but hey, any loss is ok with me. I was at my lowest on my birthday last year (july 13) of 165. Would love to hit that again. This time around I won't slack off because I hit my…
  • It was not a bad week. I went down 1 lb. this past week. Slowly but surely!!!
  • Some amazing answers on here. For me I'm no longer pre-diabetic, I don't hurt all the time anymore, I really like shopping for pretty things to wear now since I went from a 22 to a 12/14 so far.
  • Doing well here too. Congrats on your loss, Jenny. No loss here this week, but I'm ok with that. I'm still down the initial 1.5 since starting up with you and this group. Slow and steady wins the race in my mind. If I can hit my ultimate goal by the end of the year, I will be a very happy girl. I don't plan on messing…
  • Just updated. No loss for me this week. Still down 1.5 over 2 weeks, in my mind, is good. I'm happy with that. Slow and steady is what got me to where I am today and will be what gets me to my ultimate goal in the end.
  • Feeling just fine, thank you. That's great about your 8 mile walk. Good for you.

  • Just updated my weight on the spreadsheet. Down 1.5 this week. My weigh in day is Friday. Congrats to all those who have lost weight this week.
  • Congratulations everyone on feeling positive!!! ChaiyaChaiya2, that's fantastic. Way to go!!!!
  • This is a wonderful thing that you are doing at your daughter's school. I remember doing that when my girls were young. It was very enjoyable.
  • My weekend was not too bad, thank you. I'm still focusing on eating within my caloric range and if I get exercise in, then that's a plus! Here's to a great week. I'll be weighing in on Friday.
  • Guess I should give my information too :). I started my weight loss journey on my 44th birthday (July 2012). I had a starting weight of 220lbs. My goal is to reach 150. My doctor has said lower than that, but I think 150 is reasonable. I am 5'4" and not looking to be in bikini shape (too many surgical scars). I had reached…
  • What type of pedometer did you buy?

  • Whenever possible, I weigh my foods, I feel it is so much more accurate.
  • Right now, my plan is just to be able to stay on track calorie wise. I haven't been doing very well. Next, I will start the exercising again

  • I added my information into the google docs spread sheet. Will update each week. I'm excited to get back on track again. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ar5SiHN5nZM8dEdLUjNKSGI0RlUtenI3NzkxbHNacnc&usp=sharing#gid=0
  • Count me in! I go away the last weekend in July so that gives me 14 weeks and if I could drop another 20 lbs I would be extremely happy. I just got back on track today. It has been a very rough winter for me.
  • bumping for later, great ideas
  • I'm back in with this. It helped me last year right up until I stopped. It keeps me on track. Thanks for continuing this into 2014.
  • I have found out that I have an intolerance to wheat and gluten. I removed it from my diet last summer and within a week felt much better. I had more energy, wasn't bloated anymore and my joints didn't hurt. This did not cause me to lose all the weight I've lost but made it possible for me to move/exercise in order to lose…
  • Bumping for all the great quinoa ideas!!

  • Finally did my ticker for May....at 57.35 out of the 60 goal I set for myself.
  • Melanie, I love swimming too. We are starting the process of opening our pool this weekend. Once open, I'll be in there daily doing laps. I can't wait.
  • OK, so I did my calculations and came up with the following: if I use the numbers given to me by MFP and eat back my exercise calories, it works out to be the same as the number of calories recommended to eat for my on fat2fit. Is this the way it should work out? It only balances out if I do work out. If I don't then I'm…
