I've got string cheese and those 100 calorie snack bags. Anything else you like that's easy?
I buy flaked almonds and toast them (under the grill/dry pan), sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with blueberries. So for around 150 cals, go for 20g flaked almonds and 1/2 cup of blueberries. Make sure to get flaked almonds as they have a better crispy texture and look more substantial than plain old raw almonds!0
