A lot of things I like have already been said but I didn't see cucumbers mixed w/ sour cream... Or cucumbers mixed w/ apple cider vinegar(I know a lot of ppl don't like acv but I don't think it's bad w/ cucumbers)

Cucumbers!! I've been addicted since starting the 5:2 diet. I eat them every day!! YUM

I'll have to check it out at Aldi's. When I was there I got the drizzle crisps in Cinnamon and s'mores. Just enough when you're craving something sweet. 90 cal.
  • special K cracker chips(sea salt) and some guacamole or salsa.
    15 chips=55 cals
    1/2 packet wholly guacamole 100 cal pack= 50 cals
    2 tbsp salsa=10 cals
    total: 115 cals.

honestly, i can eat 30 chips and the whole packet of guac, and it fills me up for quite a bit.

Bumping for all the great ideas because I was just thinking about this today. Perfect timing.
  • I've got string cheese and those 100 calorie snack bags. Anything else you like that's easy?

I buy flaked almonds and toast them (under the grill/dry pan), sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with blueberries. So for around 150 cals, go for 20g flaked almonds and 1/2 cup of blueberries. Make sure to get flaked almonds as they have a better crispy texture and look more substantial than plain old raw almonds!
