My wish for today is to be able to bump up my weight loss, it has slowed down after losing 33 lbs. I know I should be patient and that 1 lb per week like I'm averaging, is the perfect way....I'm just getting anxious!!!!

I went gluten free at the beginning of August. Within a week I noticed that my joints no longer hurt and that made exercising so much easier. I have since lost 33 lbs. My goal for this week is 1.5 - 2 lbs. I have a mini goal of 183 by valentine's day, so I still have 4 more lbs to go. I did strength training on Sunday and start C25K for the treadmill tonight. Not sure how that will go.

I'm not celiac but may be intolerant. After going gluten free in August 2012 I found I don't experience joint pain and don't look 6 months pregnant at the end of every day from swelling. I did what I said I was going to do this past week and made up my exercise calendar. Starting Sunday, I'm mixing it up. I'll still do walking but I'm staring C25K on Sunday (should be interesting). Truth is...even if I make it to goal weight, I know I still won't be happy with how I look. I never really have been since teenagehood, even though I was never heavy until after my 2nd child. I should be happy with where I am now as compared to where I was, but.... I just can't seem to be.
