that's based on 1950's myth. modern twist to that thought is to stop 2--3hours prior to sleep. that being said, I will eat until I go to sleep. In fact I drink a protein shake every night prior to sleeping. http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/23003124/ns/today-today_health/t/eat-your-way-good-nights-sleep/#.T4Zacqv8vKA

you can stop it after your done with exercise, whrn you hit the locker room (what I do) or wait until your HR gets to your starting HR. I don't wait because I get all sweaty and don't want to wait to take it off.

Your body composition changes constantly. Of those measurements, I care most of the body fat percentages, I don't care about my weight, and if…

You know your body composition changes throughout the day? your weight WILL fluctuate throughout the day. You should weigh yourself the same time, I weigh myself first thing in the morning before I eat. that way your body composition is consistent. (best time) You can do the research but through mine I found that Polar had…

I have prAna clothes for yoga, got mine from Sierra Trading Post.

use a food scale so you get every gram of food and not one more. you use a HRM so you can log the exact calories burned and not guestimate. when you get a scale that tells you body fat, visceral fat, BMI, skeletal muscle, resting metabolism, body age, and body weight.
