I have a lot of weight to lose, which may be why I lost so much in one week. Plus o drink at least 68 ounces of water per day. I worked really hard this week to eat right.

Drink a gallon of water a day. Drink water constantly. It helps you stay full and you will be surprised at how much less food it takes to keep you full. Also if you drink coffee that helps too. Try this please, it can help. Don't worry about calories as much as carbs and fat. The less fat you take in the more fat storage…
