  • Thanks dude! Totally agree with you re: the gym (there's so much hotness to look at but too much machinery and smell) and re: the lack of time to cook. I keep meaning to try one of those epic "cook everything for the entire week on Sunday afternoon" deals but so far no dice. Any experience with that? Could be fun to try!

I walk at a faster-than-average pace, but then I have done for years, this is not a "new" routine for me, as a few of you mentioned, so. Might finish off this week as is and then try some of the suggested changes…
