40% meaning? It should be measured in grams. How many g's are you shooting for? I love 0% Greek yogurt, eggs, ground turkey (I flavor it like taco meat), salmon, chia seeds, chicken breasts & thighs..etc.

REAL Butter is from cream. Cream is from milk... Cows. Some vegetarians have milk products and some don't. Fake butter is from different types of oils. Read your ingredient labels. Kerrygold grass-fed butter is my favorite. Delicious!

I love it! I stray from the food a little and just count calories but the workouts are great and only 30 minutes. The first week I lost 2 lbs and lost 6 3/4". I'm on my second week.

Right, but the idea of the 21 Day fix is to eat exactly the right amount of carbs, veggies, protein, and fats. Not just eat healthy. Chicken and steamed veggies, for example, will not benefit you in the 21 Day fix- or life in general for that matter. Just giving you a heads up :) You are free to do whatever you want.

I love to make chicken or egg salad with it. Use it in place of mayo or sour cream in any recipe. Yum!

I do recommend following the eating plan, it's pretty much the basis of the whole thing. 80/20. She calculated everything macros wise to a science. It's amazing!

I see tons of sugar/ carbs and no fiber and vegetables. Also I noticed that you eat a lot of the same things... I would try changing up your foods a little and eliminating the Starbucks with syrups in the morning. Make your own cup of coffee with a little cream and you will save a lot of calories so you can eat better,…

I definitely retain 2-3lbs of water weight the first 4-5 days of TOM. I too also have huge amounts of energy leading up to and sometimes during (sometimes I'm completely drained, too). It is pretty neat to see how similar, yet different we all are. I always wondered if it was normal to retain water around that time.

Sometimes I use a tortilla and add sauce, cheese, and lots of veggies. Bake at 425 for 6-8 mins. A yummy thin crust pizza!
