Normally I swim 2km 4 x per week, gym 3 x per week (30 mins Eliptical + 45 mins treadmill) plus scuba diving. No weights yet or running - still way too bouncy to run!

I gained 5 pounds on my last TOM too - I hadn't even binged all that much, but get v bad pains so wasn't exercising and was giving into temptation more easily.... it came off again with a bit of hard work the following week, but was v depressing at the time! Not what you need when you get bad PMT too!

Ratatouille is a good veggie filled side dish. I make up a big pan of it once a fortnight or so, and then put individual portions in freezer bags.
