  • I might change my goal to minutes of exercise instead of calories & set my goal to at least 30 minutes per day. Mon 8/12 = 31 minutes on the elliptical (I have a cheapy one so it doesn't give you calories) Total so far: 30 To go: 180
  • Maybe i'm not active enough, but I think I'm going to set my goal as 300 calories/day!!
  • I dont' have a HRM of any form so my calories burned are always a ltitle shakey, but I'm in. I might have to go a little lower than 500/day though, or maybe I am just lazy....

  • Ok, I forgot how many miles you put in during spinning classes, so I'm going to re-set my goal to 100. Hopefully I'm not getting myself in over my head! Logged 20.2 last night at class!
  • So I was REALLY bad and did not track any of my July miles, but I did move my *kitten*. I am on a decent track at the moment & hoping to keep improving. So, I would like to commit to 45 miles for August & I promise I'll actually log them!

  • I still do from time to time. I'll put on an outfit to go out in and think it looks great, but then when I see pictures from that day/night with that same outfit on it is NOT pretty. Doesn't happen all the time, just every now and again. Not sure if that means I am still in semi-denial?

  • I missed June but am back for July. I have a lot of busy weekends coming up from now till the middle of August, but am determined to stay focused and bust this out. My July goal will be 50 miles!!
