I feel for you. I am getting married in 4.5 months (eeek, time is flying & still so much to do). I too would like to lose between 15-25 lbs. before the big day! If I'm being honest I started out with my goal being fashion. After being at it and yo-yoing for years it has become more about fitness, and how much better I feel (both in & out of clothes) when I stay on track. It is no longer a journey I am taking for others, but for myself (& a little bit for my fiancé! :blushing: )

Start small and work your way up. Try going for a walk, a bike ride, doing whatever active things you enjoy. I usually find that on days I am more active I make better food choices too. Best of luck, you can do this.

Thank you for the concern. She is doing much better today. They said she had passed out due toa combination of dehydration & heat exhaustion, thankfully all tests for stroke and heart attack came back normal! Hope you have a fantastic and active weekend!!
