GOALS: 200 squats (throughout the whole week) & I'm going to go for 20 miles!! Monday = 30 DS = .5 miles (19.5 to go) & no squats so far. I'll get on that tonight!
I was just wondering if anyone else would be interested in setting mini-challenges or goals weekly? I know for me personally doing little goals like these tend to keep me more on track. Let me know!!
Just wanted to say thanks for starting this group. It sounds like fun to have something outside of my normal routines to strive for. Might help to add a little fun and motivation to the mix!!
