GOALS:
200 squats (throughout the whole week) & I'm going to go for 20 miles!!

Monday = 30 DS = .5 miles (19.5 to go) & no squats so far. I'll get on that tonight!

    Tues - Only got 1.5 miles in :( & no squats AGAIN.
    Wed - slept through my supposed to be elliptical time (bad sinus headache the past 2 days isn't helping) but hoping to do a little moving this evening & SQUATS!!

    Miles/squats done = 2/0
    Miles/squats to go = 18/200 (better get my butt in gear)

    You are killing it!!! Great work. I was curled up on the couch with a horrible migraine most of yesterday...blah. But our puppy has officially graduated from her kennel, so I'm hoping starting this weekend I can get a lot more miles in with being able to go to the gym right after work & not having to come straight home to let her out. Keep up the great work. I'm hoping to get some miles in this weekend, but next week I promise, goals will be met!!
