8/19-8/25 challenge
GOALS: 200 squats (throughout the whole week) & I'm going to go for 20 miles!! Monday = 30 DS = .5 miles (19.5 to go) & no squats so far. I'll get on that tonight!

Goal: Burn 500 a day/ 3500 per week Mon 12th: Calories Burned (How they were burned) Tue 13th: Wed 14th: Thur 15th: Fri 16th: Sat 17th: Sun 18th: Total so far: 0 To go: 3500 . It can be more or less than 500 a day/3500 per week, just pick your own goals! :wink:

I was just wondering if anyone else would be interested in setting mini-challenges or goals weekly? I know for me personally doing little goals like these tend to keep me more on track. Let me know!!
