    Ok I am officially a horrible long-distance workout buddy. I skipped my AM workout & then my BF's mom collapsed at work & we spend the whole evening (till 1am) at the hospital with her. So 0 miles for yesterday. I plan on going to spinning this evening so hope to log at least 20 miles & load of cals. I promise I'll be a better buddy in September! Gotta get this rump moving.

    Thank you for the concern. She is doing much better today. They said she had passed out due toa combination of dehydration & heat exhaustion, thankfully all tests for stroke and heart attack came back normal! Hope you have a fantastic and active weekend!!
