Challenges/Goals??

I was just wondering if anyone else would be interested in setting mini-challenges or goals weekly? I know for me personally doing little goals like these tend to keep me more on track. Let me know!!

    How about we set a weekly goal starting today or tomorrow??
  • What about a "Calories Burned Challenge"? For example....

    .
    Goal: Burn 500 a day/ 3500 per week

    Mon: Calories Burned (How they were burned)
    Tue:l
    Wed:
    Thur:
    Fri:
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Total so far: 0
    To go: 3500
    It could be more or less than 500 a day/ 3500 per week, just pick your own goal! :smile:

    I dont' have a HRM of any form so my calories burned are always a ltitle shakey, but I'm in. I might have to go a little lower than 500/day though, or maybe I am just lazy....
