    Maybe i'm not active enough, but I think I'm going to set my goal as 300 calories/day!!

    I might change my goal to minutes of exercise instead of calories & set my goal to at least 30 minutes per day.

    Mon 8/12 = 31 minutes on the elliptical (I have a cheapy one so it doesn't give you calories)

    Tues 8/13 = Bocce Night (2 hours but not moving the whole time so i'll log it a little over an hour) approx. 250 cals.

    Minutes/calories completed: 106 mins., approx 550 calories
    Minutes/calories to go: 104 minutes & 1550 calories

    Wed 8/14 - LAZY DAY :( Did some running around in the yard with the puppies for about 20 mintues but that was about it as far as exercise. I'll take the 20 minutes but i'm guessing it wasn't that many calories burned...

    Minutes/calories to go: 84 minutes & 1550 calories

    Thur 8/15 = power walking for 45 minutes (not sure how many calories)

    Minutes/calories completed: 171minuntes

    *hoping to either go to spinning class tomorrow morning or get a nice outdoor bike ride in.

    Looks like we're the only two in for the challanges!! What do you think about doing # of miles next week & maybe a squat, push up, or plank challenge as well? I'm going to try to start Jillian Micheals 30 Day shred in the AM's starting Monday, so we could maybe calculate her videos (30 DS, Ripped, etc.) in as 0.5-1 mile...?? Let me know what you think!
