  • I have been using stevia for a couple years not. I didn't have the same reaction as some of you. I also bought three stevia plants a couple years ago I have been growing. With two children who react to HFCS I realy have to watch what comes in the house, they have all gotten used to it and sugar is too much.
  • Gall stones run in my family. My grandmother had her gallbladder removed is was so bad. My sister is looking to get hers removed. I will do anything to avoid surgery so I have changed my diet and added some herbs and I haven't had an attach since started them. I added ginger and milk thistle. Gall stones actually start in…
  • I used to be this way just a few months ago for about three years. Had been really bad for almost a year until my husband had a talk with me about he and the kids being afraid to even look at me. So I did some research and started taking additional vitamins. What a difference it has been for me. I have way more energy, no…
  • My first question is, why are you allowing them to make you feel bad. Don't give them that much power over you. It's your life, so live it your way. If they ask what kind of diet you're on say a see food diet, I see food in front of me and I eat it. Usually stops the questions right there. I have learned that anytime…
  • HT just under 5' 5" SW 190 CW 177 (this morning) GW 130 I have struggled to get below 170 for over a year. Finally diagnosed being perimenopaus after four years of body/health issues. So adjusting my diet and vitamins, helping so far.
  • I would like to get back to 27, that was after two kids and I have had two more. But I dream of my high school size, 24.
  • I too suffer from depression and anxiety. I have always managed mine with vitamins, diet and sun light. I was recently diagnosed with perimenopause. Worst three year since going through puberty. I added a multi mineral and it has worked wonders for me. I don’t like to take any medication unless absolutely necessary, feels…

  • My sister, daughter and myself have fitbit and love it  . Have had not problems so far. There is a fitbit group on here also. I live in a two story house with full basement and sit all day at work. Felt like I wasn't burning any calories but the bit has shown otherwise.
  • To help with hunger I read taking a teaspoon of coconut oil twice a day will help. I read it some where don't remember, but it works for me. It has the texture and taste of unsalted butter. Just a suggestion.

  • I take Multi Mega Mineral, Vitamin C (2000), Biotin, B complex 150, Vitamin D (winter only) all from GNC. I do alter my vitamins as my needs change. Just started the mineral one after diagnosis of perimenapaus, made a huge difference for me.

  • I recommended it to my sister after it was recommended to me. She hasn't missed a day of logging food. I have my daughter logged to give her a visual of what she is eating, she likes it and she's 13. She didn't realize she was eating that much bad stuff. My sister bought us all fitbits to go with the new life style…
  • Nothing better than tears of joy. Good for you for perserving.
  • I grew up with my dad always having full facial hair. I don't have a certain look I like, it depends on the guy whose wearing it, from a simple mustach to a full beard. IMO, Ia guy without some facial hair reminds me of high school teen.
