I take a standard woman's multi-vitamin. Though I'm considering adding or replacing it with Athletic Greens. I have been reading the Beyond Diet information and this is highly recommended for getting veggies and vitamins. Unfortunately, I don't like many fruit and don't have enough veggies so I think this may be a good option for me. It is pricy though so I'm still considering it. If anyone takes this or knows of it, please post some info ... does it taste good? did you feel any improvement/difference after taking it? etc.

I'm in Australia so my personal one won't be of any use to you... but I DID take a long time picking the right one. The one I'm using is made locally, without preservatives. The freshness of your product has a lot to do with how potent it is. Spring a few bucks extra for a high-quality one from a health food store. The staff are generally helpful, and their products are generally fresher than your grocery/pharmacy.

I take Multi Mega Mineral, Vitamin C (2000), Biotin, B complex 150, Vitamin D (winter only) all from GNC. I do alter my vitamins as my needs change. Just started the mineral one after diagnosis of perimenapaus, made a huge difference for me.

I started out taking the womens 1 a day vitamin and then switched to womens 1 a day prenatals.
Both are good vitamins, I just switched to prenatals for the obvious reason :blushing:

On top of that I have been taking Biotin for my hair skin and nails, and MAN is it working!

I just started taking these as well. I also have Sundown Naturals - Hair, Skin & Nails. I've been taking them both, although I've wondered if that's too much. They each are for different things, although some of the vitamins do overlap.
