I think it's more that Beachbody doesn't do really any running. I'm looking for ways to speed up my pace and right now treadmills are all I can do given the weather.
-
I am pretty sure I can do at least one burpee per day :)
-
If I'm really, really sore, I'll skip the workout and replace with yoga.
-
Hey there! I have BOD and am trying low(er) carb.
-
What do most people consider a "long run?"
-
I'm usually XS to S...wonder if these will fit.

Seems like Under Armour is the way to go. Some quick research says it's OSFA?

Ok, someone learn me stride length. I set my stride length and now after a 2.14 mile run, Fitbit says it's only 1.44 miles. As measured by walking, Map My Run, and in a car, it's 2.14 miles. Obviously I'm missing something.....someone help!
-
I use Map My Run on the computer, and my Force is generally a bit less, and today it was over a full .25 mile less.
-
Hm for some reason I thought I had, but apparently I hadn't. Thanks! Great idea...I'll try and see if that makes a difference tomorrow.

I don't have a treadmill, and this is a recent problem. Sometimes it's slightly wrong, sometimes it's accurate. It's never been this far off, though.

Added :) I'm in the same boat as you!

I'm 4'11" and I was 90 lbs in college, which is when I looked and felt best. Realistically, somewhere between 100-110 is probably attainable. I'm not 18 anymore. I'm currently around 113-ish after a round of Insanity, where I lost no weight but lost inches. I honestly don't care if the scale says 200 lbs, as long as all my…

I got my FitBit to earn points on Earnedit.com, and to track how many steps I walk during one of my motorsports days. Here was this past Sunday's: 28323 steps taken 232 floors climbed 10.96 miles traveled 2532 calories burned 1725 active score I'll be honest though, my daily goal is 5,000 - I have a desk job.

You look great! I wish I were getting the same results, but I really didn't follow the diet plan (does not work with my schedule).
-
I drink it because it tastes good.
-
Diet is the same - generally pretty healthy. I've always counted calories - when I have lapses I gain 10 lbs in a month, so I'm always careful. I did up protein, doing a scoop of ON 100% after workouts now. Wonder if that's what it is.
-
I'm totally in the same boat. People said results come in the first few weeks, then in month two. I have three weeks left and still have yet to see something happen. I like feeling stronger, but I would like to look better too. WHEN DOES THAT START??? I am a healthy eater with a supremely picky husband and a tight budget.…

No, I didn't see it go back down....so frustrating.

OOOOOOKKKKKK.....wtf...... Just finished recovery week, and from my Monday morning pictures (last week to this week), my tone disappeared and the scale confirms an increase of 4 lbs. I read all the stuff on eating exercise calories back, AND eating enough in the first place so I increased my daily by 200 calories (plus…

There are several $20/pp made-to-order all you can eat sushi places near me. Those are the only buffets I go to, and they aren't really buffet, but they will bring you plates as you order more food. Then: Seaweed salad. Soup. Something fried (tempura or bbq something) Maki covered in rice and sauces, several rolls. Sake or…

Thanks for all the advice - push through I shall! I hope it goes away soon though - I have a wedding to attend in a few weeks! My diet hasn't changed that much - if anything it's gotten better. Drinking less alcohol and being way more aware of portion sizes.

This was yesterday for me: Switch Kicks: 62 to 80 Power Jacks: 42 to 48 Power Knees: 57 to 73 Power Jumps: 25 to 21 Globe Jumps: 8 to 11 Suicide Jumps: 15 to16 Push Up Jacks: 21 to19 Low Plank Obliques: 44 to 50 I suppose I should be happy with these results overall. I noticed my form slipping in the first exercise, so I…

I just joined Fitocracy! My username is jdrop_ and feel free to add me! Feel free to add me...I still don't get some of the interface, but whatever it is, I could use the motivation :)

I'm on week 2. Dropped 0.4 lbs. Not seeing a difference, or feeling it in my clothes, but I feel it when I go to do these videos so I must be getting better shape.

I'm doing day 7 today. I'm finding everything easier as each day goes by, but still really difficult. One thing that drives me crazy is the stretching. You do the "warm up" and then just stop to stretch. I didn't love how oddly leg intensive they were, when you're working arms and back as well. I just stopped doing his…

I didn't take measurements, but my stats are: Height: 4'11" Weight: 113.6 Age: 27 (to be 28 in two weeks) I am only weighing myself every Monday am. I started the blog on this site to track the workouts, and instead of an "every day" thin I gave myself a deadline in which to complete the whole program - May 1. It gives me…
