Yesterday I was on day 11 which was Cardio Recovery time... my legs were literally shaking towards the end! But I think my workout timing wasn't too great, it was almost 10:00 pm and after a veryyyy long hectic day at work! I put all the energy I had left in me into that workout.

Hello there... my only advise would be to do your workouts in a time that is convenient for you. If you love your sleep and not used to waking up this early, choose another time that works better for you... try to make it as convenient as possible so you can keep it up! I sometimes get my workouts done during my lunch…

Hello everyone! I am on day 9 of Insanity... never thought I would actually do it! :) I am so excited. I just have one problem, I am not using the results and recovery formula and not sure what is a good substitute... any suggestions? and is there like a regular food alternative?
