plus my sodium intake is low anyways, as I cook everything from scratch, I don't eat packaged, processed foods. If I do add any , its sea salt, and still a fraction at what is in packaged foods.

blaghhhh, I never add salt to anything, I love the flavors of my food already.. I must be a good cook hahahahaha....but seriously I watch my sodium intake because I don't want the water retention... makes me feel like poop, I use herbs, basil, oregano, thyme, pepper.

STORY OF MY LIFE TOO ^^^ I feel your pain, I try hard to look my best as I have issues a lot of people do not have or understand. I am scarred all over my face from severe cystic acne, and having to go out with no makeup on I would probably cry .

PB2!! I love it, not exactly like PB, but pretty darn close, its powder but you add water to it if you want to make it spreadable, or you can add it to shakes in the powder form, IMO its a great replacement!!

def no fruit, I have cut fruit out almost completely except for raisins...reach for veggies for your carbs, and nuts and avocado, fish for your fat :) you'll get the hang of it, just takes getting used too
