I know we have spent that much before, meat is expensive, when you are on a high protein diet, easy to add up, i added up my debits online for august , it was $1200 .....that was an expensive month...keep your receipts , you will be surprised.

we spend about $800 for 2 people a month ....insane , we may eat out 1- 2 times a month, rather cook myself so I know what i'm eating

I brush my teeth...seems to do the trick...weird but it works.....and I too have a late supper , usually around 7 - 7:30

eating big macs is not an accomplishment, I have eaten probably 12,000 potatoes in 30 years...accomplishment? really? :laugh: sorry sad thing to be an "accomplishment" , I hardly call that a success.

agreed...for weight loss carbs from 100 -150 g a day is perfect or less if you can. Also a carb is a carb, no matter where its coming from, fruit or whatever, your body does not know the difference, its a carb. IMO you are eating too many carbs.

yes, I am doing 40-40 -20 macro setting, carbs at 20%, fat and protein at 40%, and doing great I lost about 9 pounds that I was trying to get off, and now maintaining and a suitable weight and BF%

I have been eating 2- 3 whole eggs a day for almost a year and my blood results came back and my cholesterol is NORMAL....don't believe the hype ...eggs yolks are full of nutrients and are healthy :)

I find actually measuring the ounces I have cut back, and also I drink white, so I put ice cubes in it to water it down, seems to work, I love my wine at the end of a long day , I have cut back to about 2-3 nights a week, summer is harder with all the parties and BBQ's too.

again ... IMO I recover better post workout , and build more muscle now by using Bcaa's , protein powder is just a bonus for me as I am Paleo and need the protein as I am low carb.

true for sure, but alot of people are choosing to eat healthier as well as keeping to their calories, eating foods with nutritional value , not empty calories. also some people will binge if certain foods are in the house and will destroy their calories for the day, I am guilty of that with nut butters

i gave it up once for about a month and lost 5 pounds lol..but now I have it in moderation for sure , could never give it up

pumpkin seeds, egg yolks, raisins and prunes are all high in iron :happy:

Exercise and watching food ...I went from 170 to 113 , i'm 5'2" by exercising, and cutting out all the garbage....no more fast food, soda, etc. eating more whole foods, less processed. Sticking to what works for you too :happy:
