The scale definitely could have been wrong. I would have grabbed another scale and compared. But seriously its best to use the same scale all the time.

Wow good Job! You look more defined and there is definitely less stomach.

I use the whey protein and yes that "expands" as well. You will just have to cut down the portions of fruit that you use until you find the perfect portion. Good Luck!
