And for the record...I can't stand sweets, but I am constantly craving CHEESE and BREAD. Stuff like chili cheese fries, hoagies, pizza...I never craved pizza much BEFORE the diet though. o_O

I've never liked egg yolks, so egg whites have come in super handy. Also pickles are low cal and a delicious snack. And vegetable soups are great if I find myself without a lot of calories left by dinner. I know those last two are killing me on the sodium though. :( I also love to grill vegetables on my panini maker and…

I know what you mean. My boyfriend is actually very supportive of my diet, but he is a cook at a bar by profession and loves cooking (so do I and I have some healthy recipes for him to choose from but...). Anyway, he really wants to surprise me with dinner some day but he's scared because he doesn't know what I'll have…

Probably like a chicken burrito or soft taco. Definitely stay away from hard tacos and chimichangas! If you have a choice of beans go with black over refried. But also don't forget that for special occassions it is ok to cheat a little, so if you go a little over don't beat yourself up. :) With usually one cheat day a week…

This is literally exactly what my facebook status is about right now. My day today is too long to make it throughout the day without snacking, and I've been overtired lately, so I think my body is craving fuel. I decided to make today a "cheat" day even though I'm going to be having a cheat weekend due to going away for a…

I don't know about health wise, but you are probably just retaining all that water weight. I remember one Saturday (my normal weigh in day) I forgot I had already consumed about 6 cups of water and was wondering why I gained a pound back, then it hit me that it was all water weight.

This is going to sound nuts but a lot of the healthy foods I love bloat me super bad, so I've noticed I actually APPEAR heavier after a day of eating like, nothing but beans. But then there are days when I go on a fast food binge (usually about once a month...at least pre-diet) and I would notice the next day I'd always…

What kind of exercise are you doing? If you are working out that much you could just be gaining muscle weight. When I first started pole dancing, before I even was on a diet, my weight was staying the same but I could feel my pants getting looser. You can't always rely on the scale as an indicator of success. :)

Between Saturday and Sunday I had a 7 pound difference in my weight, and I had a pretty big meal Saturdy night! So that's why I usually only weigh myself once a week. I was just curious on Sunday cuz I "felt" skinnier. I know it has to do with water and stuff, and Saturday I had consumed even more water than I usually do…

I started at 138 and my goal is 120, but if I am successful enough I might keep going! I started two weeks ago and I've lost about three pounds so far, although I honestly don't rely too much on what the scale says. I'm going to go on how my pants are fitting. :)

Yeah, I have been having this problem as well, so I usually just have a guinness or a piece of cheese (110 calories for an oz of cheddar) and it usually brings me right to where I need to be. On St. Patty's Day I actually ended up with three guinnesses due to exercise and lack of appetite!

My stomach and my boobs. I have extremely skinny arms and legs no matter what I try and do, as well as no hips or *kitten*. But even at my absolute skinniest/best shape ever I have ALWAYS ALWAYS had at least a bit of a belly. As for my chest...I am 5'4" and wear a 36DD. And I have never ONCE lost size in my chest even if…
