Climbed a mountain in bootcamp today, so check. I'm on my 5th glass of water at 12:30 so I'm on my way for today And I'm trying a new scallop recipe. I'm trying to up my protein. Thanks for the motivation!

I'm just joining. I know we're already half way through the month, but I think I can do it. I use runmeter app to track distance, even though I've decided running isn't for me. It works for walking too. I've never thought about how much I walk in total everywhere. I'm excited to keep track.
