Little by little, it all adds up. My plan was to start running again this year, so I thought I would run half an hour every day. Then since January has 31 days, I decided 31 minutes every day in January is the magic number
At my pace, that works out to about 3 miles per day, but I had days when I felt really in the zone and gone for longer bouts, up to an hour (or 6 miles). Not really a runner as such, but I do enjoy it and still can't believe it myself I've covered over 100 miles in a month.0 -
