Mine have been a combo of running and walking. Typially running with about 1/2 mile combined warm up and cool down. I like the elliptical creativity Heather! Just a little over 3 weeks to go. Keep up the good work!0 -
I am hoping to see this challenge repeat come February. I too like the 30 mile goal better than the 50 mile goal for myself at this time. Right now my focus has been my exercise bike but starting in February I will add walking back in and will look for you all at that time.

I'm game! I'll post another in February if you all want. Maybe we could even try to increase by 1-2 miles a month or something? I agree 50 is too much. If all I was doing was walking or running, maybe. But I try to do 3 days of "other" stuff too. Keep it up!0 -

It isn't creativity, you smarta$$!! My fancy elliptical tracks rotations per minute as well as total mileage covered!! So there!0 -

I haven't added my other miles that I wrote down manually. My life goal is to run 24,901.55 miles, which is the circumference of the Earth.0
