I record everything that I eat. Whether it be the 5 jellybeans and greek yogurt that I had for dinner, or the fabulous salads I make for lunch.

I have my towels, shampoo and conditioner, my razor and my clean clothes. I wear my workout clothes to the gym....I pack my clothes to wear after the gym....I am usually there til 9:00 at night, so it would be sweat pants and a hoodie

Be proud of all your accomplishments so far. We can do anything we set our mind to. It takes a lot for someone to come out and ask for help. I'm glad we are all here to offer encouragement to others.

Ever try chocolate covered bacon....thought it would be GROSS!!!! I could eat it everday.....well not anymore.....but every once in a while would be OK.

I log it as this...... Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist I do an hour of Zumba, but I only log 40 minutes because I don't wear an HRM and don't want to go overstate the burn. It seems to be working.

The caffine headache is MURDER when you stop cold turkey. Stop slowly, I used to drink 5 to 6 diet sodas a day. I stopped by dropping a can per week. I now have 1 can per week on Thursday when I go out to lunch at work. I wouldn't drink soda on the weekend and by Monday I had a killer headache that went away shortly after…
