Am I excersizing TOO much....
How often should you work out...cardio and weights or what not. I currently do Zumba (not good at it, but it is coming along). Three to four nights a week. Relaxing yoga 2 nights and Resist-a-Ball 2 nights. I am into my 3rd week of doing this and start to wonder ... do I need more recovery time in between the things I do.…
