How often should you work out...cardio and weights or what not. I currently do Zumba (not good at it, but it is coming along). Three to four nights a week. Relaxing yoga 2 nights and Resist-a-Ball 2 nights. I am into my 3rd week of doing this and start to wonder ... do I need more recovery time in between the things I do. I hate to give it up I haven't felt this great in years....lol

If you enjoy them keep doing it.
I don't think you will be able to over-train with those programs.0 -
I wouldn't say you are doing too much, the yoga can count as active recovery. If you feel great, keep doing it!0

You have so much variation including low impact activiites, I think you are likely doing just fine.0

With the variation of different types of exercising I don't think this is a problem at all. Especially if you are feeling great. If it's too much, your body will tell you.0

you're good to go. if you feel pain, rest, if not proceed0

I work out pretty much everyday for 1-2 hours. I do cardio and strength training every day. I switch up my activities so I don't overtrain. For cardio, I run, spin or use the stair-mill. For strength training I either lift or do a pilates/yoga type class. Works for me! On "rest days" my cardio and strength training routines are shorter and less intense.0

People are supposed to get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise every day to be healthy, so I don't think you're exercising too much.0

No you are doing fine, but definitely listen to your body and have a rest day for those joints and muscles:flowerforyou:0
