I have a tendency to overindulge on Saturday's....it is the only day I don't go to the gym in the evenings....I usually make sure i have the calories. Alchol definately leds to bad food choices, but you just have to maintain. :happy:

I buy fresh ground pork mix it with ground turkey, patty it up in 2 oz portions and fry it and I freeze them when I am done. I am a big ZUMBA fan. I jointed MFP like two days after I started Zumba - March 12. As of today I have lost 23 lbs and 2 lbs prior to my starting MFP for a total of 25lbs. I do zumba 3-4x a week. I don't look at the clock, and I HATE cardio workouts....HATE them.I also do a yoga ball class with weights.
