Thanks for responding. As mentioned I'm doing body weight training and I've found some good online information on this. It shows how you can make each compound move more challenging. I love it - it's simple, free and I can do it at home or at work.; when I make myself do it.

I agree. Just let her read the information for herself. I did it for a month before I told my husband and he was surprised but on board after I explained everything.

Tons of water. That helps with hunger. Nothing else, though, just water for a true fast.

Also, look up Fast 5 intermittent fasting. There are doctors who do this. Lot's of helpful information out there. I do it from time to time. I want to make it a lifestyle change. It's basically eating in a five hour window and fasting for 19. I start at 6 or 7 PM and end it the next day around 1 or 2:00.

I have to work out in the evening when kids are in bed and house is quiet with no distractions. It wears me out and I have not trouble sleeping. Do it when you can and what works for you.

The DVD's are so much better IMO. I've used both and I like to blare it to get more motivation :)
