Has anyone had muscle building success with.....
Has anyone had success building muscle with The firm wave Speed Slimming Sculpt? I've been using it for the last few weeks and it still kills me doing all of those squats but I want to know if anyone has had success with it for toning their muscles. I will do something different once I'm able to do the 30 min video easily.
