You know your problems, now work on the solutions. Drink more water, drink less junk. Don't drink alcohol. Either your goal is to lose weight or it's to get drunk. Make your decision.

Work out, eat back your calories. Do a lot of muscle building exercises, like weight training, pushups, etc. It'll burn the body fat but keep the weight.

I am the same way. I like to push myself. My motto is Beast Mode. I go hard, fast and for usually two hours. I guess I could up the weights to 50 lbs.. That seems high. I am using 30 right now and it's strenuous but still not exhausting. I don't like the gym though. I feel like I need to compete with people half my size…

Oh, I feel it. I just expected it to be more difficult. As for calorie burn, I am burning 700+ per workout.

I have the Polar FT7 and it's awesome. The HRM makes you work way harder in workouts and gives you a much more realistic count of calories. Haha. I have been 220 since I was 16 on my drivers license. I am now 208. This is the first time since I was 17 that the weight has been higher. I love it!

Eh.. I eat back about 50% of them. I just eat when I am hungry. No tricks. Nothing fancy. If I go over, I go over. MFP isn't the God of my body and doesn't know how my system works. Hell, I am really just now learning.
