Thanks! I guess I'm just excited that I can do it and want to keep doing it. Granted, I'm worn out at the end, but it's a new feeling for me. Love the fact that I feel like I'm accomplishing something.

Like most here have posted, I'd like to just be healthy. I'm shooting for a 10, but if I make it to a healthy BMI I'll be fine. In fact, the only way I could be a size 2 would be if I were just a brain and spinal cord. LOL! :bigsmile:

Wow. Where do I start? Potatoes prepared in any form, but especially as a French Fry. Love the salty, crispy goodness of them. I'm a newbie C25K, too. I started W2D1 last night. I'm finding that I have to run/jog at a slow pace, but coolrunnings.com keeps telling me that speed will come later. Awesome! I had been jogging for about 15 seconds at various times during my 30 minute walk fo the past 2 weeks. Last night I "officially" started C25K.
