I'm right there with you. When The Walking Dead ends it will be horrible! Pretty sure I'll have to be committed to a padded room.

Nip/Tuck. Love Julian McMahon as Christian Troy.
-
George. Here's an easy one. What are the names of Eric's roommates?
-
OMG, yes! I'd love, love, love to see Nip/Tuck come back or at least for them to redo the whole last season. Ryan Murphy dropped the ball on us with the last season. My theory is because he had started developing Glee at that point and couldn't work on two shows at once.

Love the dress! You look awesome! So pretty!

There is no way you're 204 lbs.! You're too tiny! I'm at 194 and don't look that good! You look awesome!

I probably hadn't eaten enough prior to playing last night. I think I still had 400+ calories left for the day. I hadn't thought of magnesium. I usually take it when I have bowel issues, but never thought of using it for this. I'll have to give it a try!

Love, love, love your dress. You're gorgeous!

Your story is amazing! Congratulations on so much you have gained since your accident (i.e. a healthy lifestyle, mobility, courage, etc.) You are so inspiring to me.
-
Wow. Just wow!

I hate to think I've lost an elephant's penis. :noway:

Can't wait! I really wish Raja would be back. But I guess it wouldn't be fair since she won her season. I just love her. Loved Sutan on America's Next Top Model, too.

In the next to the last pic, I thought you had dyed it red. I really like the cut in that pic and think you should try red. You've got the right skin tones to pull it off. But, the purple is cool too. Wish I could do it, but my job won't allow.

Way to go!

Don't feel like a loser. At least you're out there moving! Be proud of yourself for putting forth the effort. Any little bit is better than none. More experienced runners have told me that sometimes you just have an off day. The key is to get back out there and run. You can do it!

I'm 5'3 and started at 260 lbs, 24W. I'm now down to 206 and in a size 18W. I could probably get into a 16W, but I'm so used to the bagginess that I'd feel to poured into them. One of the good things is that now everything in my closet fits. The bad thing (if it can be a bad thing) everything I own, aside from one pair of…

 That is awesome! You should have a crapton of positive self-image now. You look awesome. Your hard work as paid off.

Thank you guys. I knew I could count on MFP people to help me get rid of my stinkin' thinkin'. I guess I am being too hard on myself. I've only been running since the end of March. I know I can do this. But, it helps having a cheering section here. I'll take all the advice and go on from here.

I'm a repeater, too. It took me about 16 weeks to complete C25K, but that's okay. I didn't run 5K until a couple of weeks ago. But, that too will get better. Just keep at it and you'll make it!

You can do it! If I can do it, I think anybody can. Just don't psych yourself out. I found with me it's 99% mental. If I think I can't do it, then I won't. Just listen to some good tunes and before you know it, the time will be up.
-
Great job! Just keep at it and before you know it, you'll be on week 9!

I think I may have a pulled groin muscle also. For a couple of weeks now, after running my leg feels very weak almost like it's going to give out and I have pain in the area where my leg meets my torso. It gets some better with rest and OTC anti-inflammatories, but I do still have a little pain/limping. I'm scheduled to…

You're welcome! I'm so glad I'm not the only one out there that's got questions.
-
Don't know why I hadn't ever thought of this.
-
The reason you feel like you're 30 is because you look like you're 30! Awesome job!
-
Great job! You should be so proud of yourself!

Nickstery: I kind of see a cross between Jesse Metcalfe and Josh Henderson.

I am currently on W9D3 of C25K. It has taken me a lot longer than 9 weeks, but it has totally been worth it. That's one thing I love about C25K. You can go at your own pace. If you aren't comfortable moving on to the next week, repeat weeks. I'm not a fast runner as I only run 2.15 miles in a 30 minute time period, but I…

This is what it sounds like to me, too. I had to be fitted with orthotics a couple of years ago. I run in them now, too. One trick that worked for me is to freeze a coke bottle of water. I'd then put it on the floor and put my arch on it. I'd roll it back and forth. The firmness of the ice, as well as the cold, helped a…
