I am not sure how you are figuring your caloric needs. But to function daily I need 2500 calories. Which means I can eat 17500 calories a week and maintain my weight. But I choose to eat only 1500 calories a day which will cut 7000 calories a week from my diet which equals 2 pds. of fat a week. Although the website only…

You need to base it on how you feel. If you feel like you can still have a conversation then try and up the elevation instead of the speed. I have been going at 2.8 mph for 6 months and i just up the elevation when I think it's getting to easy for me rather than the speed.
