As long as you are lowing your calories that will help you with the weight loss. I too do callanetics and notice that it "pulls you in" so as to cut the jiggling. 30ds is a great way to do a circuit and build muscle which will help as well. Thats actually pretty good for your height. I'm 5'2" and 33" was my hip size when I was wearing a size 2. Right now my hip measurment is a alot higher than that but some day ill get back down.

With my my weight comes off in the following order-stomach, face, thighs, butt, arms and boobs last. I have always found that I lost weight in my stomach quickly for some reason.

I weight myself every day and only record it if it drops lower than my previous entry. I see another poster does this as well. I find that my weight goes up and down all the time. The day of ST.Patricks I went out and drank so I knew the next day my weight would go up. A few days later I noticed I actually lost a pound.
