Is it bad for my 4 year old to exercise?
My daughter see's me exercising all the time and likes to join in. When she asks me if she's doing things correctly i usually help her. I'm just curious if her enjoyment of exercise is healthy. Sometimes she asks me to get one of my workout dvd's so she can exercise in her room. She is always laughing and enjoying herself…
